What the official page promises
Mobile is supported. Low-end devices may not run well. The map update reworked ODMG buttons and added missing console prompts. Controller players should follow those prompts, not a PC screenshot.
Touch layout
| Action | Touch |
|---|---|
| Move | On-screen stick |
| Aim | Drag the screen |
| Left and right hooks | The two ODMG buttons |
| Unhook | Tap the lit ODMG button again |
| Boost | Hold the jump or boost control while a wire is attached |
| Attack | Attack button, blades or spears |
| Draw blades | Reload icon |
| Select titan | Menu panel |
| Transform | Transform control |
| Roar or kit skill | Ability button |
Some buttons appear only after gear is equipped. Rotate the device and look again before you decide a control is missing.
Unhook is the whole skill
Holding a lit hook button keeps the wire on. A second tap releases it. If it sticks, tap again rather than holding harder. A stuck wire in a Marley street is a Jaw opening.
Order the first swing as tap left, tap right, then boost. Do not boost on one accidental wire.
The same damage rule
You still need speed 160 or higher through the nape, a lower leg, or the eyes. Hold jump while anchored, then guide the path through the zone. A slash at walking speed does not count, on any platform.
A first hour on a phone
- Drop graphics until the area menu is smooth. Close recorders.
- Spend the next minutes on hook and unhook only. No fights.
- Practice nape passes on slow targets.
- Take one Attack Titan life, then stop. Cramped thumbs feed faster kits.
Colossal fills a phone camera. Transform in open space, or stay on Attack until unhook is reliable. Warhammer adds a second timing tax that is a poor first phone main.
If the titan menu ignores taps after you die, leave and rejoin. That bug is not phone-only, but a small screen makes it look like a missed tap.
Console players get the labels added in the same patch. Spend the few precise buttons on release and boost. After every shutdown, test left hook, right hook, unhook, boost, and attack in an empty spot before you take a fight.
